Raumer Minox 8mm bolt hanger

The Raumer Minox 8mm bolt hanger is a particularly small and lightweight model. This is because the eyelet has been designed for just one carabiner. This results in a material-saving shape and low weight.

• Wherever a small attachment point or strap for 1 carabiner is sufficient
  e.g. for a hammock on the balcony

The Minox lug is made of AISI 316L stainless steel. This means it is very corrosion-resistant and durable. Pay attention to the matching expansion bolt made of A4 steel!

With 22kN breaking load it should be sufficient for all normal alpine applications.

Watch out for galvanic corrosion!

This risk can only be prevented if a consistent steel quality such as A4 expansion bolt is used. This means that the Raumer Minox 8mm bolt hanger AISi 316L may only be used with A4 steel expansion bolt!
