Our Glue-In Belay Station is an EN 959 standardized lower off. It is made of AISI 316L stainless steel.
It is equipped with two high-quality 12 x 105mm glue in bolt equipped. Consequently, it must be glued in with injection mortar.
It is also fully equipped. I.e. a fixed steel carbine with splint. It is therefore theft-protected.
This product is ideal for climbing frame holders who prefer a maintenance-free installation. This is because the glue in bolt are permanently installed. Nothing can fall off or become loose.

Extremely high quality & maintenance-free
This Belay Station is extremely high quality. It is equipped with AISI 316L glue-in bolts. These have no load-bearing weld seam.
This means that they are maintenance-free. Once glued, nothing can become loose! Secondly, this type of construction is the best available for glue in bolt. Corrosion has no point of attack. The 8 mm steel wire is extremely strong.

Where does this lower off make sense?
This glue-in lower off is particularly useful in high-frequency, public climbing areas. Ideally, the benefits of this product should also be used in slightly softer rock such as limestone.
This Belay Station is also recommended for renovations. The fact that it is maintenance-free is THE argument in favor of costly refurbishment!
Installing the Glue-in Belay Station correctly
Please note. This lower off must be set correctly.
Firstly, never tension the chain. And secondly, install the upper glue in bolt slightly offset. The resulting “V” should have a maximum angle of 45°!
