Firstly, it complies with the EN 959 standard and secondly, with a thickness of 4 mm, it is extremely robust. This means that it will not bend even if it is dropped a lot. Thirdly, it is made of AISI 316L steel, which is highly resistant to corrosion. Fourthly, this product has been double passivated. The Vertical Evolution bolt hanger – 4mm has been double passivated. This means that it has not “just” been polished like other stainless steel lugs. Instead, it was placed in two acid baths to form an extra thick chromium oxide layer as corrosion protection.
This makes it significantly more resistant than conventional products!

Due to the EN 959 standard, the Vertical Evolution bolt hanger is perfectly suited for climbing area construction or climbing area rebolting. Climbing garden owners are legally obliged to use only standardized materials. This product meets all criteria, especially the breaking loads and steel quality.

Not suitable for bolting near the sea!
The Vertical Evolution bolt hanger is not suitable for bolting near the sea. The AISI 316L steel does not meet the required corrosion class. In order to withstand extreme chemical conditions in the medium to long term, products made of duplex steel are required as a minimum.
