Our abseil anchor with ring 90° is a smart climbing anchor. This is because the bolt hanger are bent downwards and therefore the abseil ring is at 90° to the rock. This means that the abseil ring is completely exposed and allows the rope to be pulled off without friction.
This saves you the 2nd abseil ring and also the higher purchase costs!
Consequently, this stand is perfect for anyone who wants to set up an abseil route. Furthermore, this product is perfect for climbing areas where you deliberately only want to rethread. In other words, the use of carabiners is not even considered.

This is made possible by the Infinity bolt hanger. It is designed so that it points downwards and the ring is at 90° to the rock. The two 6 mm chain links are also adapted accordingly. A really smart product!
Attachment

abseil anchor with ring 90° – Applications
This climbing anchor is intended for two applications.
Firstly, as abseil anchor. As already mentioned, the ring is at 90° to the rock. This means that it is exposed and is therefore ideal for rappelling or pulling off the rope.
Secondly, this belay station is intended for use at lower off if you are deliberately NOT planning to use a redirection carabiner. In other words, if you absolutely want to be rethreaded at the belay.
