On the one hand, MGO open or Eashook open are the best options on the stop side.

On the other hand, we recommend on the side of the harness:

First with fixed connection: Ring open or Swivel open

Secondly, with frequent unhooking: AM’D TL or OK TL always in conjunction with string anti-twist protection.

Petzl Absorbica Y 150 tape energy absorber

The belt energy absorber in this series is particularly compact. This means it does not interfere with movement.

It is also very short at just 15 cm and provides a small fall space.
