Our 12mm stainless steel screw link is an absolute workhorse. Because this product has very high breaking loads. It is therefore suitable for the heaviest loads.

In addition, the AISI 304L stainless steel allows use in environments susceptible to corrosion. Such as humid and shady locations, or air containing chlorine.

This product is often purchased with our glue in bolt respectively bolt hanger and expansion bolt made of stainless steel.

Watch out for galvanic corrosion!

Many users are already familiar with galvanic corrosion, a.k.a. “contact corrosion”. Put simply, a low-grade steel rusts when it is connected to a higher-grade steel.

This means that this 12 mm stainless steel screw link must NOT be permanently connected to zinc-plated components. With a little moisture, time and cool temperatures, you will have rust on the zinc-plated component in no time!

Ideal for heavy-duty applications

Our customers appreciate the extremely high breaking load values of this screw link. This is because 12 mm stainless steel can withstand a load of 12,500 kg in the longitudinal direction. The working load limit is therefore still 2,500 kg.
