Mini screw link 25kN

Our mini screw link 25kN is a really strong piece. With a diameter of only 6mm, it achieves this enormous breaking load. This is made possible by the hard stainless steel.

This product is not standardized. However, we deliberately offer it as an option for alpine climbing or non-standardized climbing routes.

The extremely high breaking load makes this model ideal for many applications.

Such as retracting from a bolt hanger, connecting 6mm steel chains, or as an abseil point for half ropes.

We use the mini screw link for our “belay station renovation kit Alpin – expansion bolt” due to the high breaking load.

Because the 25kN is an extremely high value. Ideal for connecting two fixed points. And here you want to use lightweight material in alpine terrain. This saves you having to carry heavy steel chains or quick links.

A great combination with our lightweight 6mm chain.

Caution with permanent installation

Are you installing this mini screw link permanently? Then make sure the other components are of the right steel quality. This must also be A2 or A4 stainless steel.
